In the first quarter of 2023, Poland's top carpooling and ridesharing apps on the Android platform displayed diverse trends in downloads and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the performance of these apps.

Bolt: Request a Ride saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 20.2K in late December and experiencing a decrease to 14.4K by early January. However, it rebounded to peak at approximately 18.2K in mid-February. The weekly active users for Bolt showed a steady increase from 226K in early January to about 273K by the end of March.

Uber - Request a ride experienced a decline in weekly downloads from 15.9K in late December to around 9.1K by the end of February. Nonetheless, the downloads picked up again, reaching 11.5K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users also saw a slight dip from 278K in late December to approximately 226K in early January, but it gradually increased to 255K by the end of March.

BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus maintained relatively stable weekly downloads, fluctuating between 3.2K and 4.2K throughout the quarter. The app's weekly active users remained consistent, hovering around the 20K mark for most of the period.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver showed a stable trend in weekly downloads, starting at 1.5K in late December and maintaining figures around 1.1K to 1.4K throughout the quarter. The weekly active users for this app also remained steady, with figures around 9.3K to 11K during the same period.

Lastly, Careem – rides, food & more had the lowest weekly downloads among the top five, starting at 148 in late December and peaking at 310 in early February before declining to 150 by the end of March. The weekly active users for Careem followed a similar pattern, starting at 322 and peaking at 553 in early February, with a subsequent decline to 386 by the end of March.
